The OWL Model Railroad Club
This is the portable modular layout known as Modules III that is maintained and operated by MSOE's alumni group, The Overland Western Lines Model Railroad Club. Modules are owned by individual alumni members, and the layout expands as new alumni build modules of their own. In addition, SOME maintains two modules making up one corner of the layout. The modules come together at train shows across Wisconsin and at occasional alumni worksessions on campus. Each year S.O.M.E. members help set up the Overland Western Lines modular layout at Trainfest and occasioanlly run trains. For more information visit The Overland Western Lines Model Railroad Club website.
